Territory Sales Supervisor at Telenor - Karachi

Position Purpose: 
- To effectively manage the franchise channel and maximize sales volume in assigned territory
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum Graduate
- Experience Required: Minimum 03 years of experience in the same or relevant position in a reputed company, of which 1 years in a team leader position is required

Key Responsibilities:
- To boost up the SIM sales of the assigned franchisee.
- Ensure to gain complete product knowledge.
- To gather Market Intelligence information on regular basis.
- To ensure availability & visibility of the product on all active retail outlets in the region.
- To continuously increase the active number of retail outlets in the region.
- To ensure that the franchise staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills.
- To ensure that the customers are registered within 7 days of sales by sending complete documents to CRD Lahore.
