The job description for the position is as follows:
- Developing software that meets requirements and adherence to performance standards and best practices
- Facilitating refinement and elaboration of requirements and design
- Writing quality code that minimizes rework
- Creating and performing unit testing
- Facilitation in performing impact analysis against software change requests
- Facilitation in developing specifications and creating other process artifacts
Skills Required:

Skills Required:
- BCS/BS or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in NET platform using vb.net.
- Required added experience of using NETCF 2.0.
- Good knowledge of win32 application intermediate level of c/c++ programming.
- Experience in building application on Mobile Devices.
- Knowledge of SQL preferably using Oracle database
- A problem solving attitude and ability to think out of the box
- Strong commitment to quality
- Good communication skills, including strong verbal English skills as this position also involves interacting with foreign clients.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed team members
- Drive to excel and deliver
