Security Manager at ACTED Pakistan - Islamabad

ACTED Pakistan a French based NGO is currently looking for a qualified dynamic and experienced individual for the following position:

Security Manager
- Duration: 6 months (extendable)
- Qualifications: Retired Army or Police (17 or 18 Grade)
- Maximum 6 years working experience preferably with INGOs ideally in a similar role

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Supervise and head overall security matters of ACTED Pakistan. Collect security information of the country and share it with country Director and Logistic Manager.
- Ensure that the safety and security standards of ACTED staff (international and local) are high and correspond to Attend the NGOs network security meetings on regular and share the summary of minutes with staff on email. Also share with staff security related emails from NGOs security forums.
- Ensure high-level security of all ACTED assets property and resources. Update the emergency contact list on monthly basis and share with all staff. Ensure that guards are aware of all security and safety regulations. 
- Account for the overall compliance of ACTED security and safety guidelines. Provide security training to staff.
