MNP Executive at Telenor - Hyderabad

- Primary responsibility is to boost up the MNP Port ins of the region by giving full back end support to all TSS/ TSO for all technical matters. To gather market intelligence on regular basis and visit franchises & markets to solve MNP related issues and to push them for MNP port ins.

- Degree(s)/Major(s): Graduate - MBAs will be preferred
- Experience Required: Three years of relevent experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare short and long term development of the MNP Sales and meeting MNP port in targets.
- Training of franchise staff on MNP matters and providing updated product information/
development.
- Visit franchises, retail market, corporate offices regularly and conduct joint visits with RSM &
RD.
- Plan & executive stall activities and personal selling of MNP Port ins
- Collect and analyze all MNP related records and send daily/ weekly reports. Give general
feedback to RSM & RD on day to day matters.
- Ensure smooth issuance of MNP sims and other material related support to the region.
- Ensure timely resolution of all MNP issues and report all unsolved, rejections and eroded
issues to the RSM & RD
- Suggest changes in the market related policies, procedures, trade commission structures etc.
- Ensure that all Franchises end up hiring one dedicated resource for MNP.
- Develop some loyalty plans for MNP ported in customers, keeping an eye on their usage
pattern and ensuring that these customers continue using Telenor’s services.
- To come up with creative ways to create awareness amongst the masses.
- Responsible for all technical aspects of MNP.
- To impart MNP product knowledge to all stake holders.
- To have a close watch on competitors activities and report them.
