- MBA / MSc. Degree in business/management, Preferably with engineering background, with 15 years of work experience in flexible packaging industry.
- Demonstrated capability to supervise the plant as overall Head of Division with profit & loss responsibility.
- Demonstrated capacity to work strategically, with results, holding others accountable, innovation and client service orientation.
