Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Civil Engineering / Finance CFA / Economics / Social Sciences / MBA / MPA from a reputed foreign / local university recognized by the HEC.
- Ph.D and M.Phil will be given preference.
- Experience for working with international donor agencies will be given weightage.
- Oral and written communication skills ar prerequisites.

- At least 10 years Professional experience in investment research, planning, project management and implementation.

- The Directors will be expected to lead and participate in teams to assist government in the identification and preparation of investment projects/ Programmes in the fields of agriculture, fisheries & aquaculture, livestock, forestry, rural & urban development and natural resources management.
- They should be able to perform independently in their own field of specialization. Equipped with knowledge and experience of multiple disciplines and related activates.
- Maximum Age: 45 years
