HR Officer and HR Trainee Required - Karachi

We are looking for a suitable person for the position of 

HR Officer
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and ensure the implementation of, application and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Reviewing and evaluating policies and procedures to ensure they are revised and updated.
- Execute joining formalities and eensuring all new employees receive effective orientation.
- Manage HR administration including maintenance of individual employee files and co-ordinate and provide information to employees on all facets of benefits.
- Prepare contracts of employment and ensure that employment contracts are up to date.
- Maintaining appropriate records and providing regular reports on absenteeism, probation etc. for generating payroll.
- Execute employee separation formalities including conduction of exit interviews.
- Participate in ISO audits.

Required Required Skills / Experience- A minimum of 1+ years of experience of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication Skills.
- Excellent inter personal skills.
