Job Requirement: 
 - Proven experience with IBM Software Range i.e. Websphere, MQ, Tivoli, Rational, Lotus, DB2, FileNet in Mid to Large environments.
- Deploy solutions at either customer’s site or site as designated by company.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing systems and solving any issues that arise.
- Providing support, including procedural and documentation.
- Supporting new applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining deployed solutions.
- Talking clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone.
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time.
- Testing and evaluating new releases.
- Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively.
- Be go getters with a never say die attitude
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
