Call Center Executive at FSD Solutions, Karachi

* Must possess excellent English speaking skills with neutral or preferably American/British accent as they will be required to service customers based in US and Canada.
* Must possess professional written English skills.
* Must be willing to work in flexible hours and night shifts as they will be serving customers based in US.
* Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Prior experience of working at AXACT or TRG will be highly desirable.
* Strong analytical skills with problem solving attitude and ability to conduct light Internet research as needed to acquire added product related knowledge.
* A detail oriented individual with aptitude for customer service.
* Knowledgeable with basic Computer skills (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet).
* Strong telephone etiquette and organization skills.

Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service for the assigned products and/or services in a courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
* Respond to customer inquiries, complains, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines.
* Provide technical / help desk support by phone (inbound and outbound), email, online chat, and various other mediums and update relevant electronic complaint management system.
* Ability to multitask on various projects as needed including all types of inbound and outbound phone calls, Email support, chat support, and so on.
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as per defined process and format for client and management review.

Other Details
* Job timings for this position will be any time from 6pm to 6am Pakistan time but for a total of 9 hours a day.
* Total time per day is 9 hours (including 1 hour break for dinner, tea, prayer etc.), 5 days a week (Sat. & Sun. off).
* The selected candidate will be offered 20,000 to 28,000 (base salary)
