Job Description
- Work together with team members to plan and execute projects.
- Ensure that team has appropriate product/technical specifications and direction to deliver projects.
- Ensure that department remains on target to meet deadlines by establishing realistic time estimates.
- Track and report the status of all the deadlines.
- Acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate team members.
- Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team members
- Must have good time management and problem solving skills.
-Must be proactive in resolving issues hindering progress of the team and getting things done
-Candidate should be able to deliver requirements in time under normal or tight schedules
-Ensuring smooth running of applications, customer dealing and reporting at customer end
-Also making sure that all the analysis, sheets and reports are properly documented
- Excellent level of written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills.
