The position is based in Islamabad.
Salary is approx Rs. 350,000 to 450,000 per month.

The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a track record of building partnerships within the organization and have a history of implementing successful programs across the company.

Essential Functions:
· Provides assistance to the company’s business units and functions in defining suitable organizational structures, optimal performance levels, appropriate systems and procedures
· Evaluate organization structures, policies and processes.
· Recommend, design and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the Company’s overall direction.
· Focuses especially on management of corporate restructuring operations
· Responsible for developing and implementing a market competitive compensation system.
· Institutes a credible mechanism for assessing the inconsistencies among various groups of the company
· Develop various HR guidelines and policies into a comprehensive HR policy manual.
· Manage core Performance Management and feedback processes
· Build process tools, collateral materials and presentations to support OD initiatives and roll out.
