The candidate should have at least one year of experience in web / graphics / Flash designing. Should have experience/exposure to the following:

* Flash designer for animating graphics and movie clips
* Flash Scripters which understand Flash Scripting i.e. AS1, AS2
* Flash classes, Components and XML integration With Sql

* Photoshop (must)
* Dreamweaver (must)
* Flash (must)
* HTML (must)
* CSS (must)
* Freehand (preferably)
* Illustrator (preferably)
