Products & Services Executive (CRM) at Telenor, Islamabad

Position Purpose: Work on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) release calendar from commercial, which include scoping before release, coordination within commercial & with IT for scope closer and UAT.

Degree(s)/Major(s): Masters Degree

Experience Required: More than two years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Completion of scoping and analysis of requirements on agreed timelines for the Change Requests (CRs) assigned to him/her.
- Creating and adding value to the CR requested by the stakeholders
- Ensure requirements are through and discussed with commercial with all stakeholders
- Evaluating and ensuring the impact of CRs with already existing system and processes
- Making sure that all stake holders are synched with the new functionalities coming in for the each CRs
- Evaluating the CRs with the correspondent business case and getting them prioritized with in commercial
- Assigned CR’s should be discussed with IT in detail
- Perform end to end UAT’s w.r.t CR’s assigned to him/her.
- Corresponding with IT for initial operational look over for the corresponding release
- Ensuring the training material and improved business processes are aligned before the production roll out of the release.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

1. Good understanding of CRM (Siebel)functionalities
2. Good knowledge of CRD/S&D processes
3. Knowledge of IT development life cycle
4. Good understanding of business requirements
