Micro-Segmentation Executive at Telenor - Islamabad

Position Purpose:Planning and management of a specific segment’s lifecycle journey to enhance customer lifetime value and retention. The job entails a strong focus on development & implementation of creative, highly-targeted, below-the-line micro-segmented campaign offers, based on customer insights.
- Area of Interest: Business Intelligence
- Degree(s)/Major(s): MBA/ Masters or CFA
- Experience Required: More than two years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:- Develop CLM plans with stakeholders.
- Ensure CLM plans are in line with the CLM strategy.
- Monitoring and analyses of customers within CLM and business intelligence e.g. customer behaviour, segments/offerings/products related trends, etc.
- End to end implementation of CLM campaigns:
* Campaign design
* Business-case development
* Campaign implementation
* Campaign reporting (during campaign and post campaign)
* Analysis

- Develop/improve systems and processes for campaign implementation and ensure that they are followed.
- Tracking / reporting of budgets , campaigns via Campaign Management Solution / BO / DWH / Excel etc.
- Perform post campaign analysis.
- Responsible for CLM plans implementation.
