Job Description:
- Responsible to provide management guidance for legal proceedings, conducts service litigation & ensures the implementation of court’s verdict.
- Monitor the implementation of employment laws.
- Conduct service Litigation.
- Monitor labor affairs, to ensure there are no legal complications.
- Drafts and reviews various company documents & Prepare legal correspondence.
- Follow up of Litigation at regional level.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
