Baqai Institute of Diabetology and Endocrinology was created as a
single room diabetic clinic in 1996. Later on it was converted into a
separate entity under
the directorship of Prof. Abdul Basit and Patronage of Prof. F.U
Baqai. It stands as one of the top most diabetic Foot care institute
in Pakistan providing both
outpatient and inpatient facilities recognized by International
Diabetes Federation as IDF Center of Education for South Asian region.

Job Summary:

MO is the first line of health-givers in a tertiary Care Unit. Being
knowledgeable learners they exercise the problem-solving management of
patient care and
has the opportunity for discussion with registrar and also, if
required, by the consultants. Their main role is to evaluate, assess
and manage the patient’s
problem as and when arise.

Qualification:

• M.B.B.S. with 2 to 5 years Experience.
• Ability to manage medical emergencies in emergency & ICU.
