· Good grasp of Java programming language and OOAD concepts.
· 2 years plus hands on experience with Jsp /Servlets, Struts, Spring Framework & Hibernate
· Comfortable in design and development of Java Server side applications
· Understanding and knowledge of JSF and LDAP
· Previous experience with Weblogic 9 / 10 is a plus
· Oracle 9i and 10g experience
