Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
-Extraction of daily data for performance monitoring, analysis and reporting
-Data (Access & Packet Core) KPI reporting on daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis
-Maintaining the raw data extracted for various reports in a structured format
-Network KPI performance monitoring (Success Rates, Throughputs, Drops etc.) through statistical tools
-Identify the causes of degradation in the data network (BSS, SGSN, GGSN) performance and escalate them to the concerned teams and follow-up till their resolution
-Traffic dimensioning monitoring, escalation of the nodes reaching the traffic capacity to the concerned teams
-Monitoring the nodal outages and tracking hardware issues. Preparing the impact analysis benchmark reports
-Plan and carry out parameter test cases; benchmark them and provide feasibility for implementation
-Prepare the benchmark reports after major activities in the network
-Prepare the benchmark reports after major events in the country (eg Eids etc)
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
-Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively
-Should be able to contribute towards the rectification of problems
-Delivering on time
-Taking initiatives to convert new ideas into feasible projects which improve the data network quality and eventually subscriber experience
