Regional Sales Manager - Islamabad, Lahore

We are looking for candidates for a position in a large Telecom Multinational company.

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Position Location: Islamabad and Lahore (1 each)
Salary: 162.5K to 202.5K (This figure includes a 27.5K car allowance)

Additional benefits include:
Fuel 150 liters + cell allowance 2.5K + OPD + Healthcare for family and parents + Group life insurance of Rs 3 Million + gratuity benefit + 2 to 3 salary bonus per annum.

Required/Preferred:
- Experience working with Distributors preferred
- Candidate with earlier FMCG and then (current) Telecom/ISP experience preferred
- Pure Sales Experience required (Work for this position involves SME and residential sales)

Job Summary:
- He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy.
- This position may include responsibility for business development.
- The RSM will drive the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Conduct residential & small business consultations to win new clients
· Maintain client contact/Quality control visits
· Manage and implement creative marketing to expand client base
· Handling all issues pertaining to the operation and success of the business.
· Establishing excellent relationships with mutually beneficial parties and vendors.
· Driving the business forward and winning business.
· Responsible for the coaching, development and management of the team to ensure that the negotiators deliver against targets.
· Responsibility for the recruitment, training and motivation of all members of staff.
· Setting and monitoring targets.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Delivering on sales volume & value objectives
- Productivity for each alliance (assigned) targets

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) Business & relevant technical degree from four-year college or university; and/or 3 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills
· Excellent communications & presentation skills in English & Urdu.
· Tactful, Excellent team player and a Go Getter.
· Should be fast tracked

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Maintains a valid Drivers License.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED
· Works under the broad policy guidance and direction of the Head Sales subject to any specific direction or indirect supervision by Chief Executive Officer.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACT
· Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
· Laptop including crystal software, spreadsheet and word processing software.
