Regional Sales Manager (Karachi, Lahore)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
* Leads regional sales activity initiatives to exceed annual sales in respective region.
* Monitors customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
* Reviews operational records and reports to project sales and determines profitability.
The Candidate must have:
* MBA from recognized university with 8-10 years of enriched experience in Sales of consumer product.
* Excellent networking skills and ability to develop and manage productive partnerships with dealers.
* Exceptional relationship building strong communication and negotiation skills
