General Manager Human Resources in Karachi

One of our Clients is looking General Manager Human Resources for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Masters Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 18 years of Repute along with 5 years on a top tier.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead a team of manager responsible for various HR initiatives for the organization.
· Strategically responsible for implementation of human resource processes.
· Ensure smooth implementation and facilitation of Performance Management System, co-ordination and facilitation of Organization Development Review related activities.
· Responsible for Corporate HR policy guidelines implementation.
· Responsible for initiating and driving all employee development initiatives.
· Responsible for introduction of and maintenance of communication systems.
· Responsible for initiating process for identification of training needs, planning and conducting in-house training programs / external training programs.
· All matters related HR administration matters, implementation of welfare schemes, arranging employee participation programs, administration of employee recognition program.
· Change Management.
· Performance Management System.
· Lead and design appropriate customized Training & Development programmes.
· Coordinate with the various departments and develop relevant program outlines to capture the exact training requirement from the departments.
· Excellent & Effective Communication skills
· Analytical approach
· Strategic thinker
