1. Installation and after sales service of the instruments sold by the company.
2. Provides technical support, orientation and training to the users.
3. Provides preventive maintenance and modified installed equipment.
4. Prepares installation / Service reports to be submitted to the management.
5. Working collaboratively with Sales Department & Imports Department and other internal staff
to ensure that work will be done in time.
Skills Required:
1. Background in analytical chemistry and related lab techniques.
2.. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
3. Understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
4. Written and spoken skills in English language are essential.
5. Computer literate
6. Trouble shooting and problem solving.
