We are seeking a senior developer that can transform the business requirements into technical requirements, architect a solution and see through the complete development, testing and deployment cycles. The candidate will co-ordinate with the team and other concerned personnel from the beginning of the job, till its completion.

Position Responsibilities:
Propose the most appropriate solution according to the objective and put together a Project Plan for it.
Monitor the progress of the project and take appropriate actions to keep the project on track.
Recommend software, hardware and any third-party solutions or any relevant requirement, needed for the development.
On completion of a module/software, run test programs, to identify bugs and help coordinate the resolutions.
Integrate modules, and identify any future errors that might occur.
Put together regular status reports
Train and assist other developers.

Qualifications:
The candidate should at least possess 4 years Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with minimum 3-4 years hands on experience in software development using the following technologies:

Java/J2EE
Ajax/JavaScript
Struts
Hibernate
Spring
Tomcat/ JBoss/ WebSphere Application Server
MySql
