A Multinational FMCG is looking for a highly motivated “Packing Officer (Inchrage)”For a permanent position.

QUALIFICATION: Knowledge –Preferably Graduate. Should have knowledge about man, machine, material and method management

Skills - Should have good communication, interpersonal & team leader skills

Competencies – Must have analysis attitude to utilize best of his expertise based on observations/ trends

Age Requirement: 25-45 Year(s)

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 years of supervision experience in manufacturing industry with additional hands on experience on machine maintenance

Salary: Negotiable with some other benefits

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
· Ensuring implementation of all Packaging process on lines within the given schedule & quality standards.

· Monitor and Control material wastages/balancing, machine downtime, workers deputation and improve overall productivity

· Getting complete knowledge of biscuit manufacturing process (mixing to packing)
· Coordinating and ensuring with operators to set up and adjust processing and packing machines for better productivity and maximum output

· Regularly updating and monitoring all packing related reports, supervising & monitoring Issue and return of Stock. (Packing material and finished goods
· Planning and ensuring all safety parameters for plant and machinery during processing and Product change, as per production schedule and instructions
· Coordinating with Admin on Safety, hygiene, sanitation and house keeping of the production floor and reporting any adverse situation to the supervisor
· Constantly monitoring & identifying areas for further improvement


Other Activities 
· Coordinating other section team, production Executive and Engineering department and preparing weekly maintenance schedule for the Preventive andCorrective actions of Plant
· Having close liaison with other service departments & production team, for ensuring process flow and business continuity in every situation
· Ensuring and monitoring the effective implementation of GMP,ISO 9001-2000,ISO- 14000 ,ISO -22000 system
· Preparing and maintaining daily shift logbook and other relevant formats
