Define and collect internal and external business environment / competition /market / product / services data. Use analytics to provide management with insights on current / future trends to enable business development activities.
Key Accountabilities:
Present Management with Information / Insights and Reports on but not limited to the following:
Competition Analysis on Products / Services / Campaigns / Promotions / Business developments / Advertisements Tracking & Spend. Research trends in customer preferences, behavior, purchase habits and satisfaction.
