· Experience managing Contact Center
· Have strong analytical and MS Excel skills
· Having experience of SEO, SEM
· Having the knowledge of Graphic Design Software (used for the web)
· Should have strong English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Have an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, under tight deadlines.
