Job for Senior Officer, Human Resource Department at LUMS, Lahore

Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), a premier institution known for its academic excellence, requires committed and competent individuals for the following position:

Senior Officer-Human Resource Department

Responsibilities: 
Assisting in all aspects of recruitment and selection;
Developing an active talent pool;
Managing and actively organizing HR events;
Enhancing employee engagement;
Devising and conducting training programs for employee’s grooming & development.

Requirements: 
The successful candidates should have a 4-year Bachelors or Masters degree from an HEC recognized University. The incumbent must have 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skill, both verbal and written. S/he must be proficient in MS Office and have understanding of ERP. Previous generalist experience in Training, Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits will be a plus.
