Experience in electronic product production and improvement
Experience of designing complex (working) projects
Demonstrated success in technical leadership roles
Outstanding leadership ability, including ability to motivate associates with different backgrounds and skill levels.
Excellent communication and decision making skills
Outstanding level of drive and ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
Open minded with good listening skills
Experience of foreign travel
Experience in process writing
Proficient in English both written and verbal
