This is a senior level position where the selected person would not only take care of the financial matters of the group but would take an active part, as an ideal catalyst, in implementation of ERP system. He would assist the group in choosing the appropriate platforms and ERP software, select an ERP package for the company, negotiate with the vendor, process the implementation of ERP system and ensure its perfect execution and effective utilization.
In implementation of ERP System the person must aware with the following:
• Pre ERP Implementation BPR (Business Process Reengineering),
• ERP Readiness Assessment,
• Strategy Setting & Roadmap,
• Change Management,
• Organization Structure Definition,
• Master Data Migration And Reports Validation,
• Testing and Post Implementation Issues.
Excellent Project Management skills, hands on experience, sound financial domain knowledge, good analytical skills, logical thinking, process understanding and controls are the primary requirements for a position.
