You will be responsible to develop full fledged rich web-sites from design to finalization using industry's latest trends. You should be able to design sites provided its concept and basic level design. Fully code them in W3C compliant code. Can work on UI code as well as back end in PHP 5. With systematic and quantified approach to development. And some basic level of work in Flash for banners etc.
