Our Client is a development financial institution has played a pivotal role in promoting industrial activity, by way of equity and debt investment in key areas of the economy.

Manage the distribution or fund-raising process, as needed, for any debt or equity transactions.
Ensure that all proper documentation is completed, consistent with CMA and investment banking standards.
Included in this is the proper completion of any Prospectuses, Private Placement Memorandums, Subscription 
Agreements, regulatory filings, and completion of closing books.
Develop cross-selling activities . Products related to asset management
Provide reports such as transaction updates, marketing activity, etc as required.
Excellent execution, leadership and relationship management skills.

5 to 10 years relevant experience. (Investments Institutions)
