Personal Assistant to the Senior Management

We are a leading textile manufacturing concern currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to the Senior Management. The job profile includes:
Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them in appropriate fashion

Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
Taking dictation and minutes
Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organizing and attending meetings
Preparing minutes of meeting and keeping follow-up when required
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff when required
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
Arranging travel itinerary and accommodation etc.
