Must have expertise in Applications & Platforms like; Asterisk Extensive, VICIDIAL-Extensive, Apache, Postfix, MySQL, OpenSER-SIP Express Router, Freeswitch- Extensive, Openldap, All Flavors of Linux (Debian, Redhat, Ubunts, Suse, Centos, Fedora, Red Hat & Open Suse)

Must be highly expert on major Languages/Programs like; Zend PHP Platform Extensive, XHTML, Shell Scripting, Perl 5, Python, HTML, VICIDIAL, MySQL, Postfix, VtigerCRM, SAMBA, SugarCRM Apache and other Linux based applications.

Must have thorough Knowledge of Technologies & Protocols like; TCP/IP and major protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP4, TELNET, SSH, LDAP), VOIP experience includes SIP, RTP and IAX2, Experience with OO design. Experience with storage subsystems such as SCSI, Good knowledge of communication and networks

Must have major contributions in open source community.
Must be enough capable to fix bugs on VICIDIAL and Asterisk.
Must be enough capable to implement critical service like Load Balancing, High availability of Asterisk, VICIDIAL Database Server, Mail Servers and Web Servers on Linux platform.
