-3+ years experience in software development (full SDLC) with an emphasis on OO design.
-Demonstrated ability to develop(coding experience must) and implement complex enterprise class applications using Java & J2EE technologies
-Proficiency with Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
-Knowledge of SQL and /or Oracle (preferred)
-High degree of self motivation
-Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
-BS in computer science or above
Must Have:
-Candidates must be strong developers with active coding skills.
-Designing skills are helpful but not essential.
-Coding skills are an absolute must.
