Skills Required: 
* 4-5 years of software development experience
* Ideal candidate shall have excellent core C++ and .NET Application Development * Knowledge and Experience
* Mandatory Experience on VC++, COM, Web Services and WCF
* Optional Experience on WinForms, IE/Firefox Add-on, iPhone, BlackBerry or Android development
* Knowledge of XML and Web Services
* Have experience in Multi-threading and distributed systems
* Solid skills in Systems Analysis and Design and Knowledge of Software Design Patterns
* Hands on and solid experience on DBMS Servers such as MSSQL or MySQL
* Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of OOAD concepts and architecture designing
* Strong team player with good team management, problem solving and task management skills.
* Writing quality code that minimizes rework
* Creating and performing unit testing
* 4-Year Bachelor or 2-year Master Degree in Computer Science from Leading University
