-Responsible for achieving Sales Target of South Region.
-Responsible for issuing operational guidelines to respective Regional In charges for target achievements.
-Responsible for planning & organizing the Spare Parts Sales Force of South as well as to monitor the performance of Spare Parts Dealers.
-Assist Karachi Center Head by providing timely feedback with regard to market Intelligence Report, Parts Surveys etc for realistic forecasting.
-To create demand of Lube &, consumable items by working on ASS Channel by integrating Service & Parts.
-Analysis of Regional Reports & provide with solutions to problems.
-Developing business plans & suggests strategies for achieving goals.
-Assist subordinates in preparation of Surveys / Sales Reports & presentations.
-Prepare Network Development Plan as well as get it done by individuals at Sector level / Regional level to increase Company market share of Genuine parts sales.
