Minimum Experience
·The Candidates shall posses post qualification experience of at least 10-12 years in Operation of Large Thermal Power plants, with 3-5 years in Supervisory level.
·The Candidates shall posses post qualification experience of at least 10-12 years in Operation of Large Thermal Power plants, with 3-5 years in Supervisory level.
·Shall be computer literate and exposure to Automated Defects and Maintenance Management systems will be an added advantage.
·Exposure to Desalination Process/Generation Process will be an added advantage.
·Proficient in computer application programs like Excel, MS word, and MS Project and experience in computer based maintenance management systems will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
·Supervision & coordination of Central Control Room operation in a safe and efficient manner.
·Coordinating the scheduled activities with GT Local Supervisor to prevent mal-opt and to ensure safe & efficient operation. and maintenance of departmental personnel for carrying out the planned/breakdown maintenance activities.
·Initiating Alarm action process in response to alarm, liaison with external agencies like system control, RAF A or RAF B CCR etc.
·Ensure effective implementation of safety, O&M and approved SOP.
·Maintain the operation documentation & database, assist Shift Charge Engineer in preparation of daily generation & water.
·Shall be fully conversant with plant operation in shifts with hands on experience on DCS systems,reports, weekly & monthly reports and other reports as required
·Initiate Defect cards on DCMS, Issue/cancellation of Limitation of access documents for relevant area.
