The Role:
The job holder is responsible for reduction in product costs through better Raw Material sourcing and improvement made with respect to quality Development of new and innovative products which enables increment of sales and profitability. Making Indents and procurement for new brand with respect to equipments , tools and raw material.Making process flow charts, SOP, product manual, product specs for new developments Developing New cost effective products. Responsible for launch of new brands with respect to product and training.
KSA's:
- Masters in Food Science or equivalent
- Good managerial skills, initiative and strong leadership qualities
