The Center has the most modern operation theatres, emergency treatment facility, intensive care unit and a 24-hour clinical laboratory. All these diagnostic and treatment facilities are provided completely free to those poor and needy burn patients who cannot afford the extremely high treatment costs.
The Role:
Experienced Hospital Manager who will be a key member of the Senior Management Team to lead strategic development and be responsible for the overall performance and governance of the medical aspects of the institution, ensuring that a strong clinical perspective, knowledge and judgment prevails across the organization. Spokesperson for all medical related matters of the centre. Implement performance management system and monitor quality of clinical care. Develop recruitment and compensation policies for all medical staff. Promote a culture of patient focus and pursue high quality care Identity and adopt best practices.
KSA's:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong leaning toward Hospital Management & Administration
- An effective team leader with excellent communication skills.
