Our Client is 150-bed hospital facilitates and serves the primary and secondary health care needs of the community that otherwise would possibly remain neglected.

We seek an experienced Hospital Manager who will be a key member of the Senior Management Team to lead strategic development and be responsible for the overall performance and governance of the medical aspects of the institution, ensuring that a strong clinical perspective, knowledge and judgment prevails across the organization.

Reporting to the Medical/Managing Director and working closely with the Administrator, the key responsibilities will include:

-Spokesperson for all medical related matters of the hospital.
-Implement performance management system and monitor quality of clinical care.
-Develop recruitment and compensation policies for all medical staff.
-Promote a culture of patient focus and pursue high quality care Identity and adopt best practices (Medical protocols).
-Expand and develop medical services in accordance with business plan and meet financial targets.

PRE-REQUISITES: 
-Total experience required 8-10 years, of which at least 3-4 years hands-on experience in similar position in a reputed healthcare institution.
-An effective team leader with excellent hospital management and communication skills.
-Age not more than 50 years.
