- Driving all of customer care initiatives and programs and report to the Manager Marketing.
- Responsible as a front end managerial representative for customer driven projects and relationship management along with critical coordination with all support departments
Skills Required:
* Fresh or Experienced BBA/ MBA or ENGINEERS.
* Excellent skills in both English speaking and writing.
* Young, energetic, disciplined, punctual, possesses flair and patience to handle all kinds of customer queries and feedback.
* Possesses an empathizing, hospitable, warm personality.
* Has the ability to lead customer care driven initiatives with management.
* Fully proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point and has a flair for generating reporting structures that meet requirements for the job responsibilities assigned.
