Business Analysts to work for an online platform/product, based on Rich Media & Video based collaboration solutions, using latest business analysis techniquesand tools. The person will be applying one’s analysis/research skills to work for our product which is based on SaaS (Software as a Service), S+S(Software+Service) , as well as on Enterprise Application models. He will be working at our Karachi-Pakistan office.
Required Skills:
· Solid knowledge about requirement engineering techniques.
· Expertise on UML and other common knowledge representation techniques.
· Solid hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Visio
· Excellent written/oral communication Skills
· Good problem solving / negotiation skills
· Familiarity with workflow optimization or business process reengineering techniques
· Familiarity with project/portfolio management techniques and Microsoft Project
· 2+ Years of Hands on Experience with above mentioned requirements.
· BCS/BS in Computer Sciences, B.E in Computer Engineering- MCS/MS in Computer Sciences (will be preferred).
· Passion/Eagerness to learn

· Creative thinking capability
· Objectivity / Clarity of opinion
· Flexible / Adaptive Nature
Preferred Skills:
· Full system development life cycle experience.
· Ability to perceive things on ‘Abstract’ level.
· Good ability to propose ‘usable’ GUI for different application interfaces in accordance with latest trends.
· Knowledge about online business models.
· Knowledge & experience with online content hosting and serving applications.
· Knowledge about SaaS/S+S/Enterprise software application models.
· Knowledge about new generation (Web 2.0 era) online applications.
· Knowledge about tools and services used for Multimedia Content Protection e.g. DRM, Play Ready etc. will be plus.
