Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will receive and access all incoming emails, telephone calls, correspondence and should be able to decisively react to such in consultation. Diary management, co-ordination for organizing meetings with client and office staff.
Can record minutes of meeting / to draw action plan for the implementation of such meetings / follow up minutes prepare and maintain files and records. Take dictation / Type letters / Self correspondence / general correspondences and reports.
