Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capability and limitation, operating time and form of customer desired results.
Essential Functions:
Design and development of new systems with an emphasis on minimized maintenance requirements, as well as maintenance and enhancement of existing systems. Systems analysis design and debugging of new systems.
Supervising and checking the status of projects and work assignments.
Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures as appropriate to project requirements.
Plans and executes testing and implementation of major systems.
Establishes project plans and project management guidelines. Supports their implementation.
