POSITION: CSR (Customer Service Representative)
Academic: Graduate
Experience: minimum one year of work experience
Salary package: 10,000 Pak Rs + benefits

Job Specification:
-Adept at using all features of the telephone system/PABX.
-Treat all e-mails and faxes.
-Maintains knowledge of International and Domestics shipments regulations and services frequently used by the organization.
-Prepares and processes 100% of outgoing cash shipments to include: accurate weighing; shipper; consignee properly addressing; cash breakup and preparing daily sales report
-Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously assesses 100% of received calls/inquiries and directs and relays messages.
-Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives 100% of all telephone calls and visitors. Also answer transit and tariff inquiries, take pick up requests, forward the sales lead to Sales Department and track shipments.
-Ensures knowledge of staff whereabouts and maintains accurate and complete attendance procedures for all staff members.
-Develop new working practices to improve customer services efficiency
-Timely submission all the day end reports and cash in accounts department.
-As needed, assists with clerical tasks to include typing, filing, proofreading, and maintenance of service logs and data entry.
-Ensures reception area are kept neat, clean and stocked with appropriate supplies.
