Responsibilities:
• Collaborate directly with business owners to define reporting, data analysis request and technical specifications
• Build, design and deploy web and desktop based front-end report and data analysis using various RDBMS tools, especially Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Integration, Analysis and Reporting Services and Jasper
• Responsible for developing and maintaining data source views, dimensions, hierarchies, cubes, interactive reports
• Assist with ongoing data warehouse system design, development and operational support
• Author and modify complex SQL queries for standard and ad-hoc reporting needs
• Identify, construct and execute ETL tasks for continuous growth of data warehouse
• Review, evaluate and recommend current and future reporting needs
• Collaborate with product manager and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize new requirement
Requirements:
• Strong analytical background focusing on data mining, report writing, data visualization and analysis
• Experience with an RDBMS, preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2008
• Experience writing complex SQL/T-SQL/PL- SQL queries
• .Net framework, HTML, CSS and Javascript to design high-quality, polished user face reporting will be a plus
• Strong background in high-volume database-driven application, data model specification and evolution
• 2+/5+/7+ years experience designing and deploying data warehousing and business intelligence platform for enterprise reporting
