Job Description
· Screening of incoming calls and correspondence and responding under guidance of CEO
· Preparing memorandums, outlining and explaining administrative procedures
· Arranging programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations
· Preparing records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings
· Acting as custodian of corporate documents and records
· Preparing and filing of corporate legal documents
· Preparing confidential correspondences, reports and other complex documents
· Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiling documents for travel related meetings and accompanies the CEO as when required

· Command over English and Urdu
· Be a team player
· Able to ensure confidentiality of critical business data
