Job Description:

FINANCIAL ANALYST - AED Circa 23,000 Per Month, ABU DHABI. Are you a tertiary qualified Financial Analyst with real estate development exposure? Are you hungry and keen to get your foot in the door of an excellent Abu Dhabi business that is involved in some world-class developments?

This role encompasses feasibility studies of potential projects, cost analysis and investment return, forecasting of potential cash flow, financial simulations and presentations for proposed projects. Strong Excel skills are a must for this role. Personality fit and a strong character is a big component of this role. To be successful within this role, you must have three or more years experience in a similar role within the real estate development industry. Preference will be given to Western educated candidates.
